COKAA by JR Corporation provides CAD, pattern, sampling, and technical services strictly as per client inputs. Output accuracy depends on the completeness of files, measurements, and specifications submitted. Any missing, unclear, or incorrect data is the client’s responsibility, and revisions caused by such issues are billable.

One minor correction is allowed within 48 hours of delivery. Additional revisions, resampling, or re-patterning are chargeable. Delivery timelines may shift due to technical checks or material issues. COKAA is not liable for production losses, fit failures, or commercial damages arising from client-side errors.

All payments are non-refundable once work begins. CAD files, patterns, samples, and documents remain COKAA’s intellectual property until full payment is received. Clients are responsible for legal rights to all designs they provide. Using COKAA outputs for manufacturing indicates acceptance of these terms.
