Refund Policy

Refunds apply only to services not yet started. Once CAD work, sampling, grading, nesting, or consultation begins, no refund is permitted due to the customized and labor-intensive nature of all COKAA by JR Corporation services.

If a client cancels before any technical processing, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative and booking charges. No refunds are allowed for delays caused by incomplete client inputs, incorrect files, or changes in requirements.

After digital or physical deliverables are shared, refunds are not possible. Corrections within service scope will be provided, but monetary returns are strictly excluded. Proceeding with payment indicates full acceptance of this refund policy.
