Cancellation Policy
For all Consultation & Services by COKAA (JR Corporation): Cancelation policy : -Once an appointment is booked and consultation fee is paid, it is strictly non-refundable. -The charge covers professional time and technical assessment during your session. -If the client chooses not to proceed with the service after consultation, the consultation fee cannot be refunded or adjusted. -If the client decides to proceed with the service, the consultation amount will be deducted from the total billing during final invoice generation. -Rescheduling is not allowed. Every appointment is reserved in advance and enters our production schedule immediately upon booking. -For confirmed projects (after consultation approval), cancellation is not permitted once work has begun. Correction Policy: -Clients are entitled to one-time free correction within 48 hours of final file delivery. -This includes small technical or measurement adjustments based on the original brief. -After the 48-hour window, any additional or new corrections will be chargeable, depending on the nature and scope of the revision. -Major design changes, reworks, or modifications beyond the original scope will be treated as new service requests. -All correction requests must be communicated in writing via official email along with relevant references or comments for precise revision tracking.

Deliverables: 1 Complete Physical Sample (Backpack / Duffel / Trolley / Pouch) Revised CAD Pattern Set (.DXF / .RUL / .PDF) Construction Sheet (.PDF) Material & Trim Consumption Sheet (.XLSX) Stitching & Reinforcement Map (.PDF) Final QC Observation Sheet (.PDF) Sample Images (Studio Shots) (.JPG / .PNG) Receivables (Client Must Provide): -Base CAD Pattern OR Concept Sketch / Reference Sample -Desired Dimensions, Volume, or Size Spec -Fabric Type(s): Polyester, Nylon, Cordura, PU, PVC, etc. -Foam / Padding Requirement -Hardware List: Zippers, Pullers, Sliders, Buckles, Webbing, D-rings -Reinforcement Logic (if any: bottom padding, back panel EVA, etc.) -Branding Placement (logo type & method) Detailed Technical Workflow: 1️⃣Client submits CAD pattern, tech sheet, or concept drawings. • Dimensions, compartments, foam requirements, and hardware are confirmed. 2️⃣ CAD expert reviews all panels for stitching logic & assembly feasibility. • Curve balance, seam allowances, zipper placements, and reinforcement layers are validated. 3️⃣ Panels are corrected; reinforcement, binding, and piping logic is finalized. • Layering structure is designed for ergonomics and durability. 4️⃣ Material cutting begins using corrected CAD patterns. • Shell fabric, lining, foam, webbing, mesh, and reinforcements are cut precisely. 5️⃣ Component construction: • Zip fastening units,Pocket modules, Organizer panels, Foam panels, Handle & strap system, Frame support (for trolley bags) 6️⃣ Main assembly: • Front, back, side gussets, compartments joined. , Structural piping or binding applied., Reinforcement panels inserted. 7️⃣ Hardware installation: • Sliders, buckles, adjusters, frame tube access, pullers, wheels (if required). 8️⃣ Final shaping + pressing + strength check. • Stress areas tested (handle pull, strap joints, zipper load). 9️⃣ QC Validation: • Dimensional check • Volume/fit confirmation • Panel symmetry • Stitch density & finishing 🔟 Final sample packed & shipped with reports + revised CAD files.
