Cancellation Policy
For all Consultation & Services by COKAA (JR Corporation): Cancelation policy : -Once an appointment is booked and consultation fee is paid, it is strictly non-refundable. -The charge covers professional time and technical assessment during your session. -If the client chooses not to proceed with the service after consultation, the consultation fee cannot be refunded or adjusted. -If the client decides to proceed with the service, the consultation amount will be deducted from the total billing during final invoice generation. -Rescheduling is not allowed. Every appointment is reserved in advance and enters our production schedule immediately upon booking. -For confirmed projects (after consultation approval), cancellation is not permitted once work has begun. Correction Policy: -Clients are entitled to one-time free correction within 48 hours of final file delivery. -This includes small technical or measurement adjustments based on the original brief. -After the 48-hour window, any additional or new corrections will be chargeable, depending on the nature and scope of the revision. -Major design changes, reworks, or modifications beyond the original scope will be treated as new service requests. -All correction requests must be communicated in writing via official email along with relevant references or comments for precise revision tracking.

All files are reviewed for completeness, including seam allowance, grading accuracy, and construction sequence. -Fabric, trims & sewing inputs are verified. Fabric GSM, stretch %, shrinkage, interlinings, accessories, elastics, and thread specifications are confirmed for compatibility. -Pattern is cross-checked before cutting. Critical points like notches, grainlines, seam balance, and matching points are validated (front-back, sleeve-armhole, waist-hip, etc.). -Fabric is cut manually or as per client's required method. Cutting is executed following CAD accuracy, maintaining grain direction and panel alignment. -Stitched sample is constructed using industry-standard sewing practices. Seams, hems, topstitching, interlock, bartack, and reinforcement areas are applied according to the tech pack. -Fit sample is evaluated on mannequin or model (as applicable). Measurements are compared against the size spec sheet, and visual fit balance is recorded. -Construction issues, tension points, and structural deviations are documented. Reports include seam pull, tightness, fabric behavior, imbalance, or shape distortion. -Recommended adjustments are proposed. Pattern corrections, seam refinements, and proportion modifications are suggested based on fit results. -Final updated digital files and documentation are prepared. Corrected patterns, technical notes, and evaluation photos packaged for production readiness. -Sample and documents are dispatched
