Cancellation Policy
For all Consultation & Services by COKAA (JR Corporation): Cancelation policy : -Once an appointment is booked and consultation fee is paid, it is strictly non-refundable. -The charge covers professional time and technical assessment during your session. -If the client chooses not to proceed with the service after consultation, the consultation fee cannot be refunded or adjusted. -If the client decides to proceed with the service, the consultation amount will be deducted from the total billing during final invoice generation. -Rescheduling is not allowed. Every appointment is reserved in advance and enters our production schedule immediately upon booking. -For confirmed projects (after consultation approval), cancellation is not permitted once work has begun. Correction Policy: -Clients are entitled to one-time free correction within 48 hours of final file delivery. -This includes small technical or measurement adjustments based on the original brief. -After the 48-hour window, any additional or new corrections will be chargeable, depending on the nature and scope of the revision. -Major design changes, reworks, or modifications beyond the original scope will be treated as new service requests. -All correction requests must be communicated in writing via official email along with relevant references or comments for precise revision tracking.
Concept to Production Pack COKAA’s Concept to Production Pack is a complete, end-to-end solution that converts your design idea into a full-scale production-ready documentation — including patterns, layouts, costing, and tech specifications. This service bridges the gap between creative design and factory execution, ensuring precision, consistency, and professional presentation for manufacturers. What We Do -Convert your concept or sketch into a complete production-ready package. -Develop 2D CAD digital patterns and technical packs that guide cutting, stitching, and finishing. -Create fabric consumption layouts, cost sheets, and production packs for seamless manufacturing. -Offer up to 2 hours of consultation to align design goals, materials, and construction details. What We Receive -2D / Detailed Sketches: Front, back, and side views with written notes on measurement, fit, fabric, stretch, and shrinkage. -Physical Sample / Pattern / Measurement Chart: Including seam allowance or ready garment measurements. -List of Design Particulars: Detailing changes, modifications, or special production notes. Fabric and Technical Details: Information on type, GSM, color, and supplier (if available). What We Deliver -Tech Pack: .PDF (with all garment specifications, measurements, and construction details) -Production Layout / Production Pack: .PDF or Excel (fabric consumption, cutting plan, and marker layout) -Cost Sheet: .XLS / .PDF (estimated fabric, trims, and labor cost breakdown) -2D CAD Digital Files: .DXF / .RUL / .PLT / .PDF -Physical Patterns: (Optional, shipped to client if required) Why It Matters: This all-in-one pack empowers fashion designers, brands, and garment manufacturers to move from concept to production efficiently — minimizing communication errors, optimizing fabric use, and ensuring consistent quality across all production stages.
