Cancellation Policy
For all Consultation & Services by COKAA (JR Corporation): Cancelation policy : -Once an appointment is booked and consultation fee is paid, it is strictly non-refundable. -The charge covers professional time and technical assessment during your session. -If the client chooses not to proceed with the service after consultation, the consultation fee cannot be refunded or adjusted. -If the client decides to proceed with the service, the consultation amount will be deducted from the total billing during final invoice generation. -Rescheduling is not allowed. Every appointment is reserved in advance and enters our production schedule immediately upon booking. -For confirmed projects (after consultation approval), cancellation is not permitted once work has begun. Correction Policy: -Clients are entitled to one-time free correction within 48 hours of final file delivery. -This includes small technical or measurement adjustments based on the original brief. -After the 48-hour window, any additional or new corrections will be chargeable, depending on the nature and scope of the revision. -Major design changes, reworks, or modifications beyond the original scope will be treated as new service requests. -All correction requests must be communicated in writing via official email along with relevant references or comments for precise revision tracking.
2D Physical Sample to 3D Pattern Conversion COKAA’s 2D Physical Sample to 3D Pattern Conversion service transforms your physical garment sample into a fully functional 2D CAD pattern and then into a 3D virtual garment — allowing you to analyze fit, balance, and drape digitally before moving to production. This process helps brands and manufacturers convert physical designs into precise digital master patterns for future development, grading, or visualization. What We Do -Examine the physical sample to understand garment construction, seam placement, and pattern logic. -Digitally extract and develop the 2D Master / Base Pattern with all seam allowances, notches, and balance lines. -Verify measurement accuracy and cross-check against provided size or ready-garment data. -Apply digital fabric properties (stretch, drape, shrinkage) for realistic 3D simulation. -Conduct 3D test fitting and generate a professional Fit Test Report for final review. What We Receive -Physical Sample Garment (Master / Base Size) -Measurement Chart or ready-garment measurements -List of Required Changes or Design Notes (if any) -Technical Details such as seam allowance, intended fit, and fabric info (if available) -All provided data helps us reconstruct the 2D CAD Master Pattern and simulate its 3D -representation with precision.
