Cancellation Policy
For all Consultation & Services by COKAA (JR Corporation): Cancelation policy : -Once an appointment is booked and consultation fee is paid, it is strictly non-refundable. -The charge covers professional time and technical assessment during your session. -If the client chooses not to proceed with the service after consultation, the consultation fee cannot be refunded or adjusted. -If the client decides to proceed with the service, the consultation amount will be deducted from the total billing during final invoice generation. -Rescheduling is not allowed. Every appointment is reserved in advance and enters our production schedule immediately upon booking. -For confirmed projects (after consultation approval), cancellation is not permitted once work has begun. Correction Policy: -Clients are entitled to one-time free correction within 48 hours of final file delivery. -This includes small technical or measurement adjustments based on the original brief. -After the 48-hour window, any additional or new corrections will be chargeable, depending on the nature and scope of the revision. -Major design changes, reworks, or modifications beyond the original scope will be treated as new service requests. -All correction requests must be communicated in writing via official email along with relevant references or comments for precise revision tracking.

This step adds professional clarity and eliminates confusion during cutting, stitching, and quality control. What We Do -Add grainlines, notches, seam allowances, and balance marks for precise construction. -Insert piece names, sizes, style codes, and label identifiers to each pattern piece. -Generate a pattern piece legend (PDF/Excel) for easy cross-reference in production. -Prepare a layered digital pattern compatible with cutting and CAD systems. What We Receive -Base 2D Pattern File: (.DXF / .AI / .PDF / .PLT) -Garment Style Name or Code -Fabric & Cutting Instructions (optional) -Company Logo or Label Details (optional) What We Deliver -Fully Annotated Pattern File: (.DXF / .AI / .PDF) with all markings, notches, labels & seam allowances -Pattern Piece List / Legend: (.PDF / Excel) for reference and production documentation -Layered Digital Pattern: (.DXF / .PLT) — ready for marker making and automated cutting Why It Matters: Proper annotation and labeling are essential for efficient production, accurate sewing, and reduced fabric waste.
